Risk & Compliance Analyst at Sendy Limited

About The Role

The Risk and Compliance Analyst will assist in performing day-to-day compliance, governance, and risk management operations in Sendy Holding Company and its business subsidiaries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and operationalization of the Company Risk Framework and Compliance Program.
• Continuously evaluate the adequacy and sufficiency of the Company’s internal control environment towards accomplishing its goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Risk Champions and assist to define processes, guidelines standards in development of the organization’s  policies and procedures
• Assist in monitoring of risk treatment actions by Control Implementing Owners to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required.
• Recognize, assess and communicate important policy issues to stakeholders.
• Assist in risk and compliance training and integration of the same in the day-to-day decision making in the Company.
• Assist in assessment of stakeholder compliance with Company’s policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
• Support internal and external audit processes/ assessments for relevant compliance concerns.
• Contribute to the development of customer-facing materials covering topics related to security, privacy, and compliance features of our products and service.

About You

• Bachelors’ degree.
• 1-3 Years of relevant work experience.
• Eloquence in French and experience in e-commerce will be an added advantage.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and risk awareness.
• Strong risk & quantitative analysis, organizational and interpersonal skills.
