Key Responsibilities

RTM Strategy Development & Execution

• Design and implement RTM strategies tailored to Beauty and Convenience Retail channels.
• Evaluate and optimize distributor and retail coverage models to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Lead the development of channel segmentation and prioritization frameworks.

Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze RTM KPIs including availability, visibility, and sell-out performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and field feedback.
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain to ensure cost-effective execution.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Lead joint business planning sessions with key partners to align on growth targets.
• Support sales teams with tools, training, and processes to enhance execution.

Channel Innovation & Expansion

• Identify and pilot new RTM models including digital commerce

Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field/social sciences.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics .
