Planning Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement performance contract system for monitoring and evaluation
- Collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters, to facilitate generation of trends and reports;
- Draft quarterly performance contract reports
- Implement divisional plans and strategies
- Implement the performance contract at the Divisional level
- Facilitate review of strategic plans
- Collect quarterly and annual performance evidence
- Be custodian of all performance contract evidences
- Collaborate in resource mobilization
- Draft funding proposals for resource mobilization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Served for three (3) years in a Planning field
- Have Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Statistics/ related discipline from a recognized institution
- Be Computer proficient
- Show merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
