    Planning Officer

    REF: KECOBO/EXT/1//2023

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement performance contract system for monitoring and evaluation
    • Collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters, to facilitate generation of trends and reports;
    • Draft quarterly performance contract reports 
    • Implement divisional plans and strategies
    • Implement the performance contract at the Divisional level
    • Facilitate review of strategic plans
    • Collect quarterly and annual performance evidence
    • Be custodian of all performance contract evidences
    • Collaborate in resource mobilization 
    • Draft funding proposals for resource mobilization

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Served for three (3) years in a Planning field 
    • Have Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Statistics/ related discipline from a recognized institution 
    • Be Computer proficient
    • Show merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
