    Sales Activators

    About the role:

    BURN is looking for a sales activator in Laikipia that can collect ideal information using feasibility forms and preferably end up doing sales for the company

    * The ideal candidate must be a resident of Laikipia County

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform sales activations in locations as requested by the Company’s Team leader
    • Have a thorough understanding of the BURN products he/she is selling
    • Perform demos, where possible
    • Follow the customer screening and registration process wholly
    • Always have a positive, friendly, and approachable manner with customers
    • Keep time, meet deadlines, and maintain proper decorum when dealing with customers.
    • Attend training and meetings in BURN offices as requested
    • Account for every company expense incurred in providing these services
    • Provide other services as requested by the Company’s personnel in charge e.g., team leader, or any of the management teams

    Skills and Experience:

    1. Well exposed in the Western Region of Kenya.
    2. Well experienced in Data collection
    3. Expertise in sales – Should have at least 2 years+ direct sales experience
    4. Market research/intelligence
    5. Customer service
    6. Presentation skills
    7. Time management
    8. Direct sales
    9. Sales performance tracking and reporting
    10. Data collection
    11. Retail sales
    12. Product demonstration and promotion
    13. Influencing and persuasion
    14. Diploma/ associate degree
