• Our client in the hospitality space is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue generation and elevate our brand presence within the hospitality sector. This role involves formulating comprehensive sales strategies while overseeing innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employing different marketing strategies to market the hotel services to the target market.
• Develop, present, and implement the annual marketing plans and revenue generation budgets in line with the company’s objectives.
• Undertake new business development activities to produce results that meet or exceed the agreed business targets.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential clients to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Manage the social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and promptly respond to potential clients’ inquiries.
• Organize and participate in corporate events including marketing journeys to market the company’s products and promote product awareness.
• Coordinate efforts with various departments to optimize sales and marketing synergy.
• Any other relevant work that may be assigned to the job holder from time to time.

Key Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing or in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ Sales and Marketing experience in Hospitality.
• Experience in selling and marketing Conferencing facilities and Apartments.
• Marketing dynamics and social media experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable track record to work independently, own decisions, set priorities, and solve problems.
