Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns online and on the ground
• Create engaging social media content and run digital ads
• Manage online listings and track performance analytics
• Handle client inquiries, presentations, and follow-ups
• Build lasting relationships with clients and partners Attend open days, roadshows, and exhibitions
• Visit institutions and offices for project presentations Distribute marketing materials and gather market insights
• Achieve monthly sales targets and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in sales and marketing or related fields.
• 3years experience in field and digital marketing
• Experience in real estate ( sales of plots/houses) is an added advantage
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Good in content creation (photography and videography)
