Sales Engineer at Hotpoint Appliances Ltd

Role Details:

Department or Function: Engineering

Role Purpose:

1. To push sales for HVAC products and conduct site surveys.
2. To develop and maintain good relationship with the clients.

Accountabilities

1. Conduct Site survey and design of air conditioning and ventilation engineering systems for residential and commercial applications.
2. Sales and Marketing of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems and installation.
3. Project management of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation installation.
4. Quality and accurate tender application for efficient air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
5. Carry out site and installation quality control and audits.
6. Market intelligence – to study market and be aware of competitor prices and activities in the market.
7. Send weekly and Monthly Sales reports to the Product manager.
8. Maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders – Consultants, Architects and key clients.
9. Be aware of all HVAC new upcoming project in market.
10. Provide exemplary service to clients and ensure repeat business through client’s satisfaction.
11. Work as part of a team and assist colleagues whenever necessary.
12. Any other duties as may be assigned to you by your Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification of  BA or Bsc. Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
2. Previous HVAC experience in a sales role in the same industry for at least 1 year .
3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation principles/practices required.
4. Highy motivated ,self starter ,able to work with minimum supervison.
5. High sense of urgency.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Good problem solving skills.
8. Good networking skills.
