About the role:
The Sales Executive will be accountable for implementing the set sales objectives for our motorcycles & solar products (distribution) to potential clients, while managing existing accounts. S/he will oversee the direct sales, relationship management, and overseeing existing customer accounts, the sales process, generate new business leads, maintain existing accounts, and ensure after-sales services are provided in a timely and effective manner.
The successful candidate should be personable, take pride in closing deals, be well-networked, and have experience working / selling Electric Vehicle &/or solar products / projects. S/he should have a passion to sell new technologies and solar brands while enjoying the challenges and opportunities that come with positioning them in the Kenyan and East African Markets. They should also have the technical understanding to understand the Electric Motorcycle & Solar panel installation process, and design, and the ability to communicate complex information to customers.
The role will be hybrid and the sales executive is expected to work two (2) days on Solar Product Distribution and three (3) days on motorcycles sales.
S/he will be also responsible to initiate and coordinate marketing activities and participate in commercial events.
