    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into profitable sales opportunities.
    • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
    • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations with developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
    • Promote and position C-MAX EPS building solutions by clearly demonstrating value, cost savings, speed of construction, and quality benefits.
    • Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and market segments.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates through the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support proposals, product presentations, and market penetration initiatives.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Sales, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, engineering, or real estate sectors.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong field sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Good understanding of construction industry stakeholders and project cycles.
    • Ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear and customer-focused manner.
    • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
    • Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving experience.
