    Sales Manager - Premium Revenue

    About the role

    Premium revenue sales manager is tasked to maximize revenue opportunities across the ecosystem based on the strengths of the media brands within the Ecosystem.

    If this is you, you will appreciate the fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity of being involved in such a rapidly growing business and dynamic company. You will bring significant strengths and experience to the role - while also working with and learning from the key members of the Mobiley / ANMG teams with significant digital experience.

    What you’ll get to do

    • Build and manage brands with our corporate partners across Africa.
    • Work with the content teams to ensure client deliverables are surpassed - to include the creation of social media and content strategies, campaign calendars and reporting templates.
    • Drive revenue to network targets and beyond
    • Oversee the management, billing, and reporting of campaigns.
    • Create new content and revenue streams, such as events.
    • Create a monthly sales “presentation” with a unique offer for each month.
    • Implement best practices to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

    To succeed in this role, you should have

    • Minimum 4-5 years in-depth sales experience within the digital industry.
    • Strong understanding brand management and digital successes.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical thought process.
    • Ability to execute goals independently with little or no supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Fantastic leadership skills.
    • Great at follow-ups and closing Deals.
    • Tertiary education from a recognised institution.
