    Sales Representative

    About the job

    The ideal candidate for this position will have strong sales and marketing skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
    • Make presentations to clients and take them to see the property.
    • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
    • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and payment
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company.
    • Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
    • Any other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • A relevant Undergraduate degree
    • 2-4 years of experience in the real estate sector.
    • Demonstrate negotiating skills.
    • An understanding of the Real Estate Market and competitive landscape will be an added advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Initiative, creative, persistent with a passion for sales
