SAQ Manager: Site Acquisition Specialist at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Private Right of way (Right of Entry)/site acquisition-FTTx-Estate access, Apartments, Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), Gated Communities-Negotiation with Property owners.
• Supervision of site acquisition agents, providing necessary support, verification and approval of site acquisition data.
• Public Right of way-acquire necessary permits from County Governments, Road Authorities-KeNHA, KURA, KeRRA NEMA, KCAA.
• Review/verification of legal license agreements, lease or agreement/commercial agreements with landowners for spaces Macro & Micro sites BTS-GSM sites from agent and handover to customer.
• Ensure acquired sites are deployed successfully sort out any issue raised by stakeholders/Project affected persons.
• Reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Degree in Property Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Telecommunications, or a related field. Familiarity with the property management sector is a plus.
• 1 to 2 or More years of experience. Good English level.
• Knowledges in Computer skills (MS Office, digital tools-CRM,...). in ISO Standards
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work onsite or travel. Diligent character and customer-oriented .
• Willingness to learn new skills: Quality of project management and implementation plan deliverables, Telecommunication Technologies.
