Key Responsibilities~
- Schedule Management~ Create and optimize caregiver schedules.
- Strategic Matching~ Pair caregivers with clients based on skills and compatibility.
- Crisis Response~ Handle schedule changes and emergencies with speed and calm.
- Effective Communication~ Act as the main link between staff and clients.
- Compliance~ Ensure all documentation meets industry standards.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in complex scheduling or logistics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt quickly to frequent schedule changes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
