As the School Manager – Communication, Social Media and Marketing, at The Earth School, you will be working closely with the Head of School to oversee the administrative services, including coordinating office procedures, finance and record management as well as updating administrative policies, procedures and services. Marketing the school via our social media pages as well as to the school and local community will also be one of your responsibilities. You will supervise the work of the school custodians and maintenance contractors to ensure a clean and safe school environment.
You will need to be able to develop and maintain a trust relationship with colleagues and students and a successful partnership with parents where respectful and collaborative interactions are the norm.
This is a great opportunity for people with a degree or related qualification in management or marketing. Applicants with experience working in education settings and knowledge of Montessori will have an advantage.
