Security Officer at Kenya Airfreight Handling Limited (KAHL)

​​​​Job Responsibilities:

• Prevent unauthorized people and vehicles from accessing cargo property and its environs.
• Prevent unauthorized people and unsterilized items from finding their way into the warehouse / airside and into the aircraft.
• Perform day to day security operations guided by the standard operating procedures and daily work instructions. Maintain access control in the facility to ensure security of vital installations.
• Conduct investigations on cases reported and ensure prompt conclusion and submit to the responsible manager(s).
• Conduct pre/post screening checks and file copies of the same for reference to ensure detection of suspicious items.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Diploma or degree in social science or criminology.
• KCSE certificate (C-) with 5 years of experience.
• High level of integrity.
• Confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure
