Security Officer at Nairobi Technical Training Institute

Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Maintain proper records of all occurrences in the institute.
• Reporting incidents and losses of institutions property and resources.
• Intelligence gathering.
• Liaise closely with outsourced security service.
• Review and monitor safety and security standards.
• Ensure fire fighting equipments is maintained and serviced.
• Identify and advice on present and future requirements on security measures.

Person Specification

• K.C.S.E Mean Grade C (Minus) and above.
• Holder of Diploma in Criminology from a recognized institution.
• Substantive training from uniformed forces is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Knowledge in all aspects of human physical and electronic security.
• Minimum of two years experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Possession of chapter six requirements on personal integrity five clearance certificate.
