ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Officer to support and strengthen security operations at Harsh Distributors Ltd. The role involves monitoring company premises, controlling access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing company security procedures to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, assets, and operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a safe, secure, and well-coordinated working environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor and control access to company premises.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of company facilities.
• Monitor movement of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Enforce company security procedures and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Maintain occurrence books and prepare incident reports.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments on security matters.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities where applicable.
• Assist in safeguarding company assets and property.
• Ensure proper visitor registration and access control procedures.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Degree in a security-related field.
• Certification in security management or related training will be an added advantage.
• Training in CCTV operations, safety procedures, or emergency response will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security operations or guarding services.
• Experience in access control, patrol management, and incident reporting.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or commercial environment will be an added advantage.
