Security Officers at Karen Country Club

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our Security Department as a Security Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, family-oriented Club environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that you offer consistent and high-quality experience to meet and exceed members' needs through all security related activities offered at the Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the security team, protect and safeguard Club guests, suppliers, contractors and employees.
• Ensuring all Club assets and properties are always secured.
• Investigating and recording all reported security incidents.
• Proactively institute security controls and preventive measures where and when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Criminology and Security Management (Criminology)
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be a plus.
• Kenya Police training/Military/NYS will be a plus.
• Excellent investigative and report writing skills.
• Ability to implement and monitor security systems.
• Surveillance skills, customer service skills, first aid skills, and firefighting skills.
