Senior Accounts Executive- Banking Industry at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

The person is responsible for various tasks related to financial transactions, record keeping and financial reporting within the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Coordinate with banks, manage daily transactions, cheque deposits, posting of entries and book keeping.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Review all accounting entries and ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Preparation of monthly WHT, VAT schedule.
• Finalization of bank reconciliation.
• Posting of monthly provision entries.
• Review of trial balance on monthly basis and ensure no pending entries.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Accomplish the results by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Commerce-Finance
• Banking of Microfinance Industry
• CPA-K Finalist.
• 3-5 years working experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of retail finance.
