    Senior Assistant Registrar (Human Resource)

    Basic Salary for this position is between Kshs. 127,116/= by Kshs. 5,200/= to Kshs. 184,318/=

    Job Description for Senior Assistant Registrar (Human Resource)

    Work at this level entails planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and controlling of administrative functions of the various administrative units in the University.  In addition, budgeting, procurement, identification of training needs of staff and promotion of staff development and capacity building in the department and any other duties as may be assigned by a senior officer.

    NB: To be appointed Senior Assistant Registrar in Personnel/Recruitment department; one must have undertaken a human resource related course either at Bachelors, Postgraduate Diploma or Masters Level and be registered with the IHRM (Kenya).

    Job Requirements for Appointment

    • Masters Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution
    • At least five (5) years relevant post masters work experience and proven performance in a comparable position.
    • Knowledge of Information Communication Technology.
    • Should be a person of high integrity
    • Membership with relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
