Senior Baker

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu.
- Oversee ingredient quality and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
- Train and supervise junior baking staff.
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Proven experience as a Baker (at least 3+ years in a busy bakery or restaurant).
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Attention to detail and creativity in baking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
