Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu.
• Oversee ingredient quality and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Proven experience as a Baker (at least 3+ years in a busy bakery or restaurant).
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
