Requirements and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement. Using analysis, solve for the opportunities and improvements to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Support market positioning efforts and strategic intent for the products. Help build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to market strategies.
• Ability to use data to tell a story of customer experience, highlighting both successes and friction points to inform future initiatives and strategies.
• Involve problem frameworks, develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 + years of experience, or Master’s degree in lieu of experience, generating analytical insights to drive business actions
• Experience in risk modeling
• Experience in market analysis
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Organized with attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience in implementation of systems related to international trade or plants/livestock standards systems (e.g., Single Window, ASYCUDA, GENS) ( Nice to have, but not necessary)
