Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) Impact Focus at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer (COO) the she/he will Identify and engage impact-based organizations to invest their advertising spends in campaigns that contribute to the socio-economic development of the communities the company serves.
Key duties & responsibilities

• Research, identify, develop strategic partnerships with impact organizations, implementation partners and NGO.
• Identify key focus and initiatives of organizations, implementation partners and NGOs to then inform the company sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain a clear CRM and relationships for impact organizations at the company
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate impact-focused initiatives into our marketing and product strategies.
• Develop marketing and brand collateral to position the companies in the impact space.
• Build the company’s profile as the leading advertising platform for Pan-African impact- based and behavioral marketing.

 Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, particularly with impact-based organizations.
• Strong network within the impact sector.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• 8+ years in the ad sales for impact campaigns focused on Africa.
• Thorough understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
• Analytical mindset that seeks to understand client needs and challenges
• English is mandatory and French language will be an added benefit
