Senior Credit Controller at Langata Hospital

Langata Hospital is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hospital debtors, collections, reconciliations and credit control across corporate, medical insurance and SHA accounts

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience within a hospital – mandatory
• Strong experience with SHA, medical insurance and corporate accounts
• Proven ability to manage collections, debtor ageing and difficult/outstanding accounts
• Strong reconciliation, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good understanding of hospital billing and claims processes
• Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification; CPA-K, ACCA or CCP is an added advantage
• Proficiency in accounting/HMIS systems and Microsoft Excel

We are particularly looking for someone who is proactive, assertive, multitasking, target-driven and comfortable managing a demanding collections portfolio.
