This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Senior Digital Content Strategist & Editor. Responsibilities include developing and leading content strategies, overseeing content management, collaborating with teams to produce and edit content, and ensuring optimal website content performance. The candidate will be tasked with creating engaging, well-researched digital content and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, audience needs, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, execute, and evaluate digital content effectively
• Skills in Content Development, Web Content Writing, and Writing to produce clear, engaging, and professional materials
• Proven ability to analyze audience needs and trends to shape digital content strategies
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple projects and teams
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders
• Experience in digital publishing or a related field is highly advantageous
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field
