Senior Product Manager at Leta

Role summary:

We are in search of a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong background in global or emerging markets. This role is crucial for driving the development of innovative products that meet and exceed customer expectations, significantly impacting the logistics sector both regionally and globally.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and execution of product strategies aligned with Leta’s global objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to guide product development, with a focus on global and emerging markets.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver superior products tailored to diverse market needs.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate product features and enhancements with a global perspective.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely launches for key customers, including Kenafric Bakeries, Chandaria Industries & G4S.
• Monitor product performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about global trends in logistics, supply chain management, and technology, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fintech sectors, with significant exposure to global or emerging markets. 
• Expertise in product management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in software development processes, especially Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees such as an MBA are highly desirable.
