Senior Project Manager - Banking Experience at Tezza Business Solutions Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in banking, credit control, and financial services to lead and oversee critical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex banking projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects related to banking operations, credit control, and risk management.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, risk, and compliance to drive project success.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the banking sector.
• Strong experience in credit control, risk management, and financial compliance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
