End-to-end project delivery. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control & close the project as per the project management plan.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders across every project stage.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans approved by all internal and external stakeholders to monitor and track the progress of tasks on a daily basis.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs & project performance using appropriate verification techniques.
Communicate, report, and escalate to relevant stakeholders on progress or to unlock any risks or project issues.
Maintain a healthy & transparent working relationship with all stakeholders.
Frequent status update meetings with project teams; Daily scrum sessions project health with the project teams & frequent status meetings with customers to monitor project health.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze if customer requirements were met, expected quality is met, and customer delight is realized.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Develop, and maintain project documentation such as project plans, project documentation management processes; Risk/issue log, lessons learned, and any other project documentation
Participate in hiring, training & onboarding of team members.
Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is Mandatory.
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC), and Certified Stanford Advanced Senior Program Manager (SAPM) are an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in IT, BBIT, Computer Science, Project management or equivalent.
Over 6 years of experience managing large & complex projects/programs.
Experience gathering requirements, business analysis, and documentation.
Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and processes eg. Jira, Asana, and ClickUp.
Strong leadership and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down.
Strong skills in cost management, scope management, schedule quality management, stakeholder management, resource management, risk & communication management.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced organization; achieving the balance of and the right priority from multiple simultaneous projects.
Experience in different project management methodologies.
