Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options, prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in assigned accounts and prospects.
• Facilitate customer relationships to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
• Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on all leads, requests, and quotes issued to new or potential clients to secure business.
• Achieve the communicated monthly sales targets.
• Ensure 0% unresolved client queries by effectively addressing and following up on customer concerns.
• Actively visit clients and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new business opportunities and strategies for profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new product opportunities by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain high service quality standards by enforcing organizational policies and guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, networking, and benchmarking best practices.
• Contribute to the team’s success by achieving relevant goals and targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related Business field from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and assessing competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Understanding of real estate to effectively market and communicate the company’s unique offerings.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of products and services, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle multiple initiatives.
• Confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, write reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets.
