We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As our Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our technology solutions and driving the overall technical strategy for the company. You will work closely with designers and developers to ensure that our platforms are functioning and new functionality is delivered on time, with high quality, and meet the needs of our team and users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our technology solutions, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand product requirements and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure that they are delivering high-quality code on time and meeting established coding standards.
• Drive the overall technical strategy for the company, including evaluating new technologies and ensuring that we are using the most appropriate tools and platforms for our needs.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the needs of our customers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in software engineering, including experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and platforms.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, including experience with performance management, career development, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
