Senior Technician I (ODeL)

Job Description
- Design, develop and review high-quality ODeL learning materials.
- Provide expertise in digital pedagogy and learner-centred instructional strategies.
- Support the implementation and management of the LMS.
- Promote accessibility and quality assurance in online course design.
- Provide technical support on instructional design tools.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation of ODeL courses.
- Participate in research and innovation in digital learning.
- Maintain instructional design documentation.
- Responsible to the Director, ODeL.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in educational technology, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Training in pedagogy and eLearning / instructional design.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and digital learning.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Be a member of a professional body.
