Roles Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment like boilers, heaters, C Heat recovery equipment C Pollution control equipment etc.
• Should have good knowledge of system engineering- Fuel C Ash Handling Systems, FBC C RG combustors.
• Knowledge of PLC /transmitters /HMI/ instrumentations/sensors/flowmeters

Commissioning and troubleshooting

• Expertise in Installation of boilers/heaters on Oil/gas/solid fuel.
• Understanding various fuels combustion(oil, gas, biomass coal).
• Co-ordinate with contractors/ vendors for site erection and fabrication.
• Warranty period Checkup /monitoring of equipment
• Attend breakdown calls.
• Validate new design/ components.
• Collect feedback from customers to provide inputs for new product development.
• Good communication C interpersonal skills.
• Process C Result Oriented
• Organizing and planning

• Understand engineering drawings, PCID's, documentation procedure (tendering)

Experience/ Exposure: 3 to 6yrs

Essential Qualification : BE (Mechanical/Electrical) from reputed institutions.
