    Shop Operatos( Franchisee)

     WHAT WE ARE LOOKIN FOR·      

    •  Growth mindset
    • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
    • Proficiency in English, Swahili and local language
    • Ability to run the shop for long hours
    • Certificate /and or Diploma
    • Basic understanding of sales methods and customer service practices.
    • At least 1-year experience in running a business or in employment

    • Out going and a people person
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Disciplined in cash management
