Social Media Marketing Specialist at Indomie

Your Role

As our go-to social media expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing engaging, on-brand content strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube)
• Managing day-to-day social media operations, content calendars, and community engagement
• Monitoring trends, responding to consumer conversations, and driving positive brand sentiment
• Collaborating with creative, product, and influencer teams to create buzz-worthy campaigns
• Tracking and reporting on KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, ROI) and optimizing performance
• This is a full-time on-site - Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5pm & Saturday: 8 am to 1pm role

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or youth-centric brands
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling
• Deep knowledge of the Kenyan digital landscape and consumer culture
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Suite
• A self-starter with a data-driven mindset and passion for fast-moving brands
