Software Engineer (Front-End) at Lipa Later Limited

• As a Front-End Engineer, you are responsible for leading the design and development of web applications at Lipa Later Group using frameworks like React JS, AngularJS and Next.js. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical leadership in front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in modern front-end development, experience with responsive and adaptive design, possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in an agile environment. Your expertise will also extend to collaborating with back-end teams ensuring seamless integration and a cohesive user experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, UmiJS
• Collaborate with back-end developers working with Spring Boot, Laravel and Django to integrate APIs and other services across our portfolio of products.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
• Optimize group software products for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain code quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team meetings.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency or a related field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and AngularJS,.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a senior frontend engineer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Deep familiarity with Javascript and Typescript.
• Proficiency with modern Javascript frameworks such as Reactjs, Angular and NextJS
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience with Firebase and/or similar cloud services
