Project Manager at Solutech Limited

Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager role to aid in co-coordinating existing and new tech projects. To excel in this role you should have high coordination and planning skills coupled with excellent communication.

• Coordinate new projects implementation from signoff to deployment.
• Coordinating new customer tasks and following through to implementation.
• Advise on realistic timelines based on available resources and current workload.
• Coordinate with the finance team on when billing is due in the project stages.
• High level documentation of new customer requests.
• Communicate with clients on the progress of various projects.
• Follow up with implementation leads to the tasks implementation status of various projects.
• Provide feedback to management on improving the project's implementation process.
• Ensure all project tasks are updated accordingly on the project management software.
• Ensuring project implementation stages are followed per company policies and documentation & sign offs are done accordingly.
• Co-ordinate with Head of Customer Service on new projects trainings and travel planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven working experience in project management, preferably at least 1-3 years.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills including attention to details.
• Proven ability of completing projects within stipulated timeline, budget and scope.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software tools, processes and best practises.
• Experience in project management in a tech company will be an added advantage.
