Key Skills

Experience

• Recent graduate/Continuing Students in Final Year in a similar discipline.
• Previous internship experience will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are well updated.
• Documenting project tasks and details accordingly.
• Identifying and managing scope, constraints, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and deadlines; documenting risk mitigation plans.
• Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables.
• Creating template documents for projects.
• Coordinating aspects of user testing, producing test cases; scheduling UAT cycles, setting up test data, and participating in UAT.
• Organising and planning project kick off meetings in conjunction with the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Students in their final year of study in university/college or recent graduates who graduated within the last 1 year.
• MUST have studied Project Management or any relevant degree like Monitoring & Evaluation etc.
• Added advantage to any Student pursuing any certification in Project Management.We are looking for candidates who will make an impact at Solutech during the three months.
