Sport & Exercise Graduate with Fitness Experience as Fitness Tutor at KickStart

• We are hiring for GYMDNA a Lead Fitness Tutor to deliver the practical sessions of our Gym Coach and Personal Trainer preparation. You will train and assess the next generation of Kenyan fitness professionals on the gym floor — from safe inductions and foundational instruction to elite one-to-one coaching.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver the practical Gym Coach and Personal Trainer sessions of the academy's certification courses, on the gym floor and in hands-on workshop settings
• Coach students through safe inductions, foundational instruction, program delivery and client interaction in real training scenarios
• Assess practical competence and prepare students for their certification assessments
• Set the professional standard — every student you sign off must be ready to coach paying clients from day one

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Exercise and Sport Science (or similar) — (required)
• Proven experience coaching on the gym floor — you have trained real clients, not just studied the theory - (required)
• Experience instructing or mentoring adults in practical, hands-on settings - (nice to have)
• Based in Nairobi Kenya (nice to have)
• Happy to travel (fully expensed by employer, required)
