Sr. Frontend Engineer at Kwara

Kwara is looking for a driven, experienced frontend engineer to join our Engineering Team. You will be part of our Core Squad, ensuring our digital banking platform is fine-tuned to the best user experience.

Your responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software design and architecture
• Ensure new features can be implemented without continuous re-work of existing functionality
• Propose and implement solutions that ensure the users have a delightful experience
• Liaise with both Product Managers, Designers and Backend Developers to ensure features are implemented following a shared vision
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers in producing clean and efficient code
• Code review thoroughly and be open to receive feedback from your peers on code you deliver

Your qualifications

• You have enjoyed using React for 4+ years
• You have a scalability mindset
• You are user-focused and can liaise with Design teams
• You write tests and ensure critical features are always working as expected.
• You care about the security implications of your choices
• You have a product mindset
