Service Manager

Job Summary: Repairs, maintains and assists installation of solar, cars, fridges, repairs related coffee machines.
- Installations, and service processes, improvements,
- Sales, team management:- targets,
- Neatness in stores
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Feedback market, trends and competition
- Ordering of repair related spares.
- Installation of coffee machines and ICT equipment.
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Electrical, Engineering, preferable the, HVAC systems & I.C.T, stream with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in field troubleshooting / customer relation management.
- Good understanding of measuring & testing instruments & their application.
- Sales management experience.
- Strong Interfacing customer skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively & time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
