Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the STEM program is to develop a sustainable pool of female talent in Supply function.

Objectives of the Program

• Provide the applicants with job skills for a successful career in a manufacturing environment Facilitate the development of the right work ethics for a STEM professional

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (0-3 years) and holder of Diploma/HND in Science, Technology, Engineering

• Distinction/Credit qualification post graduating
• Desire to gain professional experience and incredibly eager to learn and explore possibilities.
