Stock in Charge at HI Home

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock In Charge to oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock control across our operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience in stock handling, preferably in retail or electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability 
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods 
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory systems 
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations 
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies 
• Supervise stock assistants and warehouse operations 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field 
• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in inventory/stock management 
• Experience in retail or electronics industry is an added advantage 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel 
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
