Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Strategy Associate at Pesapal. The Strategy Associate will be responsible for tasks such as market research, data analysis, developing strategies, creating presentations, and consulting on various business initiatives within the company.

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Consulting skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
