    Supervisor, Audit & Asset Tracing

    Department: Ethics & Integrity

    Division: Internal Affairs

    Section: Vetting & Lifestyle Investigations           

    Reports to: Assistant Manager, Lifestyle Investigations

     

    Responsible for:

    • Reporting the Assistant Manager in-charge of vetting
    • Trace and Enforce recovery of corruptly acquired assets/funds and application of mechanisms for asset forfeiture and any other legal means.

    Tasks and outputs:

    • Carrying out document reviews, research and evaluations for vetting;
    • Controlling employee vetting data;
    • Conducting data analysis and extraction of vetting reports;
    • Providing records and information regarding staff undergoing vetting; and
    • Any other duties as may be allocated.

    Skills required:

    Minimum qualifications

    • Degree in Law or Social Sciences from a university recognized;
    • Understanding of employment law and employee relations;
    • Understanding of staff vetting process and investigations
    • Has demonstrated competence in the performance of duties of not less than three (3) years’ experience.
    • Experience in fraud investigation/financial investigation/asset tracing will be an added advantage.

    • Highly principled and with high level of integrity;
    • A team player, innovative and creative;
    • possess good communication skills;
    • Proficiency in computer applications;
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
