Role Overview:
We ensure alignment with the MEA Ops vision by managing Supplier Management and Compliance. As a master communicator, you will clearly convey goals, feedback, reports, and expectations. We engage positively with internal and external partners, operating with the highest level of ethics and integrity. You should have a strong understanding of finance, analytics, and business principles, as well as knowledge of Operations Supplier Data Collection standards, procurement principles, and compliance legislation.
Purpose:
We support and facilitate the procurement of Operations Data Collection Field Work Suppliers. This includes vetting, onboarding, monitoring, auditing, and leading Supplier performance. We handle Supplier relationships, maintain commercial targets, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Supplier Management processes and compliance regulations, paired with the capability to effectively engage with executive-level management, are highly sought after. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are important. Proficiency in auditing, monitoring, and reporting on Supplier performance, as well as validated organizational and project management skills, are required. Strong commercial and financial foresight is a must.
