Supply Chain Lead at Raino Tech4Impact

We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to help us with the keeping and tracking movement of inventory products, analyzing operational performance to ensure maintenance of quality standards through the entire distribution chain .You will have to ensure our supply chain operations are accurate and efficient. Your duties will include collaborating with the operations team to oversee their daily operational activities

We expect you to possess strong analytical skills and have experience in team management

Supply Chain Lead responsibilities are:

Sourcing

• Liaise with chicken farmers to come up with a pipeline that will ensure consistent supply of chicken. Preferably more than 500 birds @any given order
• Negotiate for the best pricing
• Ensure the consideration of all cost variables during sourcing
• Conducting market scanning
• Ensure timely arrival of raw materials at the processing center.
• Stock management

Logistics

• Dispatch management - Delivery planning and coordination
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with logistics requirements and resolve issues with service providers
• Analyze, hypothesize and experiment with datasets to deliver insight
• Assist in the development of data driven products
• Fleet management - Coordination of Riders & Truck drivers, fleet efficiency, fleet SOPs and fleet maintenance

Supply Chain Lead requirements

• Minimum degree in Supply chain management/ Procurement
• Experience in the chicken sourcing industry is a plus
• Dedicated to excellence and detail-oriented execution
• A strategic and analytical mind
• A minimum of 2 years work experience
