Duties and Responsibilities 

• Receiving and issuing stores;
• Generating Goods Received Notes (GRN);
• Sorting, dispatching and filling invoices and other documents;
• Capturing and processing stores data;
• Complying with Procurement Act; 
• Preparing requisitions for stocks replenishment; and 
• Monitoring the movement of stores

Job Requirements 

• Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies OR Chartered Institute of Purchasing and 
• Supplies (CIPS) Final or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Fulfill requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
