Supply Chain Management Assistant at Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority ( KNRA)

For appointment to this grade an officer must have: –

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Business studies any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Member of professional body either KISM or CIPS;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Duties and responsibilities

• Undertaking market surveys to ensure the Authority obtains value for money;
• Participating in the opening quotations;
• Maintaining and update a list of prequalified suppliers;
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services; and
• Ensuring safe custody of all procurement’s records
