System Developer at Link2Care

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain health information systems, patient management tools, and diagnostic reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with clinicians, laboratory teams, and wellness experts to translate healthcare needs into effective digital solutions.
• Integrate systems with diagnostic equipment, mobile health tools, and digital wellness platforms.
• Ensure systems comply with healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop reporting dashboards to support clinical decision-making, wellness tracking, and organizational performance monitoring.
• Provide technical training and support to healthcare staff.
• Continuously research and adopt technologies that improve patient experience and accessibility of diagnostics and wellness services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in system/software development, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness settings.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, PHP, or C#).
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL) and cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), laboratory information systems (LIS), or wellness tracking applications is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of data protection, healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or local equivalents).
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for using technology to improve healthcare and community well-being.
