Job description:

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to meet performance targets and maintain high operational standards.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Track team performance through key metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure prompt, professional resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the credit or financial services sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing debt collection or customer service teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proven ability to handle escalated issues and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools is an advantage.
